About Me
Brandon’s passion for filmmaking began at a young age, and he has since honed his craft by working with some of the most talented filmmakers in the industry. He has produced a wide range of films across various genres, including drama, faith-based, action, and comedy, and has collaborated with A-list actors and directors.
In addition to his work as a producer, Brandon is also a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the film industry. He actively supports emerging filmmakers from diverse backgrounds and works to create opportunities for underrepresented voices in the industry. In an effort to realize this passion, Brandon continually hosts a podcast “Go For Production” that attempts to demystify the filmmaking process.
Brandon continues to push the boundaries of filmmaking with his innovative approach to storytelling by using the latest technologies and systems to enhance the medium. He is often consulted by software and tech companies in the film industry that are looking to adapt their product to fit into the world of media that is always changing.
He is a member of both the Directors Guild of America and the Producer’s Guild of America and has a film degree from the University of North Texas.
Over the years I’ve developed numerous projects, everything from sourcing IP to working with writers and even co-writing on occasion. When it comes to Producing I enjoy seeing a project through to completion and bringing a great team together to accomplish the impossible.
When I work as a Line Producer or UPM I get excited about seeing the big picture and pulling all the pieces together. I enjoy helping create systems to hire the best crew, finding the right locations and making sure all accounting practices are top notch.
I pride myself in being an AD that has worked in all positions as both a 1st AD and 2nd AD. I have worked on a variety of projects at various budget levels with both experienced and first-time directors.
From time to time I get the opportunity to consult on apps, technology and development for all things Film and Television. I specialize in being a film technologist and helping companies to implement new technology into their existing strategy.
I’ve had the opportunity to speak at numerous Colleges, High Schools and events across the country. Most recently I’ve spoken at Dillard University and UNO located in New Orleans.
